One of the Philippines' most sought-after classical singers today, Camille studied voice at the University of the Philippines College of Music under the tutelage of Prof. Fides Cuyugan Asensio. She obtained her Professional Diploma in Music as a scholar of the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, studying under Prof. Kevin Miller in 1996. Later that year she was accepted by the Konservatorium der Stadt Wien (Vienna Conservatory of Music) and studied with Croatian mezzo soprano Prof. Marija Sklad-Sauer, and American soprano Prof. Julia Conwell.
She is a regular guest artist of the premier orchestras of the country: the Philippine Philharmonic Orchestra, the Manila Symphony Orchestra, and the Metro Manila Community Orchestra, and has also performed with the Hong Kong Academy of Performing Arts Orchestra and the orchestra of the Konservatorium der Stadt Wien. She has performed with conductors such as Oscar Yatco, Ruggero Barbieri, Chino Toledo, Arturo Molina, Julian Quirit, Yaacov Bergman, John Curro, Alain Paris, Georg Tintner, Erwin Ortner, and Gerard Schwarz.
She has given concerts in various parts of the United States, Austria, Spain, Germany, Sweden, the Czech Republic, Italy, Switzerland, Slovenia, and Hong Kong. In addition, she has chaired the Voice Competition of the National Music Competitions for Young Artists (NAMCYA) and is also a three-time ALIW awardee for Best Female Classical Performer.
She has attended several voice workshops and seminars in Canada and the United States, and is founder and artistic director of the Viva Voce Summer Voice Workshops held every summer in Baguio City. She is currently a faculty member of the Voice Departments of the St. Scholastica's College Manila School of Music, the University of the Philippines College of Music and the Centro Escolar University College of Music.
Most recently she was music director and vocal coach of the University of the Philippines's Dulaang UP production of Felipe Padilla de Leon's opera Noli Me Tangere, St. Scholastica's College Manila School of Music's production of Mozart's Cos√¨ fan tutte¬†and Viva Voce's production of Donizetti's L'Elisir d'Amore performed at the Filfest Music Festival in the Philippines.
